SLICED HAZELNUT

Sliced hazelnuts are finely processed kernels obtained from top-grade Turkish hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), meticulously sliced into thin, uniform pieces. Produced from premium natural or blanched kernels, these slices typically range from 0.7 to 1.2 mm in thickness, ensuring consistent texture and appearance in every batch. The slicing process is performed using precision machinery under controlled temperature conditions to preserve the nut’s natural oil content, aroma, and nutritional integrity. With a moisture level of below 3% and oil content between 60–68%, sliced hazelnuts retain their freshness, crispness, and distinctive flavor profile.

 

Each batch is thoroughly cleaned, metal-detected, and packed under strict hygiene and food safety standards (ISO, BRC, and HACCP certified), guaranteeing a product free from foreign material and contamination. Available as both raw or lightly roasted, sliced hazelnuts are packed in vacuum-sealed or nitrogen-flushed packaging to maintain their flavor and shelf life. Custom slicing sizes and roasting levels can be provided upon request to meet specific industrial or retail needs.
