WHOLE MILK POWDER
Whole Milk Powder (WMP) is a premium dairy ingredient derived from fresh, high-quality cow’s milk, carefully spray-dried to preserve its natural fat, protein, and micronutrient content. Typically containing 26–28% milk fat and 24–26% protein, WMP offers a rich, creamy taste and smooth mouthfeel, making it ideal for applications where full dairy flavor and nutritional value are required. The powder is processed under controlled conditions to ensure uniform particle size, excellent solubility, and microbiological safety, while retaining essential vitamins such as A, D, and B-complex.
The moisture content of whole milk powder is maintained below 5%, and its bulk density ranges from 0.50–0.60 g/cm³, ensuring consistent handling, storage, and blending in industrial processes. WMP is widely used in bakery products, confectionery, chocolate, dairy beverages, ice creams, and nutritional formulations. Instantized versions are also available, which dissolve rapidly in water or liquid bases, offering flexibility for diverse production requirements.
Produced in compliance with international food safety standards such as ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, Whole Milk Powder is packaged in moisture-proof, airtight bags to guarantee shelf stability up to 12 months under proper storage conditions.
